The Verona High School class of 1981 will be holding its 35th reunion on Saturday, October 1.
The event will be held at Victor’s Chateau in Little Falls from 7 to 11:30 p.m. and the $70 price includes food, beer and wine, and a DJ. There will be a cash bar for mixed drinks. Attire is semi-casual.
If you are coming in from out of town, the organizers have reserved a block of rooms at the La Quinta Inn & Suites at 38 Two Bridges Road in Fairfield. Rates are $99 for two beds, and $89 for a king bed. To reserve your room, contact the hotel directly at (973) 575-1742 or the Group Desk at (800) 642-4239, Option 1, and ask for the special rate for “Verona 1981 Reunion”. Reservations must be made no later than September 9 in order to guarantee this special rate. There is no shuttle service between the hotel and venue, so the organizers are recommending Uber.
To attend the reunion, you need to RSVP and pay by September 9; yhere will be no admission at the door. Make your check payable to “Mansion Caterers” and mail to “1981 VHS Reunion”, 20 Cortlandt Street, Roseland, NJ 07068.
