Kindergarten Registration Opens In January

Kindergarten registration for the 2020-2021 year in Verona Public Schools will take place January 6 to 10, 2020. Parents whose children will be five years old before October 1, 2020 are urged to register new kindergarten students during this period. All newly registered kindergarten students will be included in
Pre-Kindergarten preparations and orientation meetings planned at the individual schools in the spring.

Enrollment packets will be available at each of the elementary schools between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. and on school websites. Completed enrollment form, birth certificate and acceptable proof of residence (listed below) must be brought to the school no later than Friday, January 10.

Acceptable documents for proof of residency:

—Proof of domicile: Current lease, deed or property tax bill
—-Proof of attachment to address: Utility bill, telephone bill, cable bill, driver’s license, etc.
—Parent/Guardian ID (Driver’s License or Passport) as proof of identity
